The YMCA will celebrate the 27th Anniversary of Project Graduation on Friday, June 1, 2012, 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
YMCA Project Graduation is a safe & fun filled party for graduates on a night they are entitled to celebrate. This event includes:
- All night buffet
- Laser Battle
- Karaoke
- Money machine madness
- Mechanical bull riding
- Arcade games
- Photo booth
- Boogie Bodies
- Rock wall
- Jousting
- DJ
- Dancing
- and much more!
Project Graduation needs you. Here are some ways you can help:
- Be a sponsor or make a donation. The cost to host this event far exceeds the generous amounts donated by our event partners, so we greatly appreciate any and all support.
- Consider donating food, prizes or gift certificates. One way we hold the attention of 1,200 teens is drawing names for more than 300 prizes throughout the evening. These are gifts of computers, phones, phone cards, dorm-sized refrigerators, gas cards, and camcorders that will prepare them for the next exciting phase of their lives.
- Encourage graduates you know to participate. Participating high schools include Barron Collier, Community School of Naples, Everglades City, First Baptist Academy, Golden Gate, Gulf Coast, Lely, Lorenzo Walker Technical, Naples, Palmetto Ridge, Seacrest Country Day School, and St. John Neumann.
